Call for Help
The Haven of RCS serves primarly north Pinellas County, Florida. A person can reach The Haven of RCS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our hotline at (727) 442-4128. A person will answer your call. If you are out of our area, please call 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) and you will be connected to a domestic violence program in your area.
If you are in immediate physical danger, call 9-1-1 and you will be connected to the police.
When you call The Haven of RCS you are connected to an advocate who will help you assess your situation, dangers that may exist in your relationship, and help you identify ways to be safe. If you are in immediate danger in your home or apartment, The Haven of RCS offers a 24 hour Safe House where you and your children can reside in safety.

*Calls names, insults, criticizes, curses
*Becomes jealous of time spent with others
*Harasses about imagined affairs
*Manipulates with lies
*Humiliates in private or public
*Locks out of home
*Throws things
*Punches, hits, kicks, shoves, bites, chokes
*Threatens to hurt, kill, take children
*Threatens to commit suicide |
